- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and where applicable a postal address — provided when you book a workshop or send us a contact request.
- Booking Information: Date, time, group size, special requests, and payment confirmation — processed via our booking partner FareHarbor.
- Marketing & CRM Data: Information you submit through our private booking request form is stored in HubSpot for follow-up and quoting.
- Log & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL — collected via Google Analytics 4 if you accept analytics cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data
- To process your booking and deliver the workshop.
- To communicate with you about your booking, send confirmations, reminders and follow-up.
- To respond to enquiries and quote private bookings.
- To improve our website and services through analytics.
- To send marketing communications, only where you have given consent or where allowed under legitimate interest.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4. Legal Basis for Processing

- Booking and contract data: retained for the period required by Dutch tax and accounting law (currently 7 years).
- Marketing contact data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Analytics data: retained for up to 14 months in Google Analytics 4.
- Contact form enquiries: retained for up to 24 months unless they convert to a booking.
8. Your Data Protection Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:

- Restrict or object to processing.
- Data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
