These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and purchases made through Delft Tile Painting Workshop, a brand operated by The Fun Group. By placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

"Terms" — the general terms and conditions of The Fun Group, which consists of Starboard Boats B.V., We Are Amsterdam B.V. and Red Light Workshop B.V.
"Event" / "Workshop" — a private or public activity of a touristic nature, including but not limited to tile painting workshops, excursions, museum visits, concerts or sporting events.
"Location" — the place where the event is held.
"Organiser" — the party responsible for the production and/or organisation of the event.
"Agreement" — the agreement between The Fun Group and the consumer for the sale and delivery of tickets.
"Tickets" — proof of admission to an event.

2. Applicability

2.1 These Terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements of The Fun Group.
2.2 The terms of the organiser and location also apply; in case of conflict, these Terms prevail.
2.3 By purchasing a product, the customer agrees to these Terms.
2.4 Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
2.5 All rights also apply to intermediaries and other third parties engaged by The Fun Group.

3. Prices & Offers

3.1 All offers are without obligation; prices may be changed.
3.2 All prices are in euros and include VAT.
3.3 Promotional prices are valid only during a specific period.
3.4 The Fun Group cannot be held to obviously incorrect prices (e.g. typing errors).
3.5 Service charges may apply when purchasing tickets.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 The organiser may cancel an event or change the date; The Fun Group will work to find a solution but is not liable for the refund of any additional costs.
4.2 Always carefully review your booking before confirmation. Open tickets booked in error will be refunded within a reasonable period. Tickets purchased through third parties or shops are non-refundable.
4.3 The Fun Group is not liable for damage, misuse or loss of tickets.
4.4 The Fun Group is not liable for delay, non-delivery or incorrect delivery of tickets sent by email.
4.5 Failure to use purchased tickets is at the customer's own expense and risk.
4.6 Open tickets are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
4.7 Rebooking of an excursion, cruise or museum visit may incur a fee.
4.8 Workshop-specific: Refunds for workshop bookings are available when cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the start time. Rescheduling requests outside this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our office.

5. Payments

The Fun Group accepts various payment methods. Payments in euros must be received by or on a specific date as stated at checkout.

6. Delivery

6.1 Tickets are delivered to the relevant address according to the chosen shipping method.
6.2 Delivery times are indicative only.

7. Reservation of Title

7.1 Ownership of tickets is only transferred once all obligations have been fulfilled.

8. Complaints & Liability

8.1 On delivery, please check that the tickets correspond to the agreement.
8.2 In the event of non-conformity, The Fun Group may choose to deliver new tickets or refund the purchase price.
8.3 Unresolved complaints concerning digital purchases via weareamsterdam.com, funamsterdam.com, starboardboats.nl, redlightworkshop.com and delfttilepaintingworkshop.com may be settled in mutual consultation.

9. Electronic Communication & Evidence

9.1 The Fun Group is not responsible for misunderstandings or delays in electronic communication.
9.2 The records of The Fun Group serve as evidence of the existence, content and performance of the agreement.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 In the event of force majeure, obligations are suspended.
10.2 Force majeure is any failure that cannot be attributed to The Fun Group.

11. Special Provisions & Liability

11.1 The customer must conduct themselves as an orderly visitor.
11.2 The Fun Group is not liable for refusal of admission by the organiser.
11.3 The customer attends the event at their own risk.
11.4 The customer must inform themselves of the content and nature of the event.
11.5 The Fun Group is not liable for activities not carried out by or on behalf of itself.
11.6 If The Fun Group is liable, damages are limited to the amount paid out by its insurer.

12. Other Provisions

12.1 If any provision is void or voidable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
12.2 Dutch law applies to all agreements with The Fun Group.

Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle boekingen en aankopen via Delft Tile Painting Workshop, een merk van The Fun Group. Door een boeking te plaatsen ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

1. Definities

"Algemene Voorwaarden" — de algemene voorwaarden van The Fun Group; The Fun Group bestaat uit: Starboard Boats B.V., We Are Amsterdam B.V. en Red Light Workshop B.V.
"Evenement" / "Workshop" — een privé of publiek evenement waarbij een activiteit van toeristische aard plaatsvindt, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot tegelschilderworkshops, een excursie, een museumbezoek, een concert of een sportevenement.
"Locatie" — de plaats waar het evenement plaatsvindt.
"Organisator" — de partij die verantwoordelijk is voor de productie en/of de organisatie van het evenement.
"Overeenkomst" — de overeenkomst tussen The Fun Group en de consument voor de verkoop en de levering van de tickets.
"Kaartjes/tickets" — bewijs van toegang tot een evenement.

2. Toepasselijkheid

2.1 De Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten van The Fun Group.
2.2 De Algemene Voorwaarden van de organisator en locatie zijn ook geldig; bij conflict is deze AV bepalend.
2.3 Bij het kopen van een product gaat de afnemer akkoord met deze Algemene Voorwaarden.
2.4 Afwijkingen zijn alleen schriftelijk beschikbaar.
2.5 Alle rechten gelden ook voor tussenpersonen en andere derde partijen ingezet door The Fun Group.

3. Prijzen & Aanbiedingen

3.1 Alle aanbiedingen zijn zonder verplichtingen; prijzen kunnen worden veranderd.
3.2 Alle prijzen zijn in euro's, inclusief BTW.
3.3 Promotionele prijzen zijn geldig tijdens een specifieke periode.
3.4 The Fun Group kan niet gehouden worden aan duidelijk incorrecte prijzen (bijv. typefouten).
3.5 Servicekosten kunnen worden gebracht bij ticketverkoop.

4. Annuleringen en Terugbetalingen

4.1 Een organisator mag een evenement annuleren of de datum veranderen; The Fun Group probeert een oplossing maar is niet aansprakelijk voor terugbetaling van bijkomende kosten.
4.2 Controleer altijd zorgvuldig je boeking voor bevestiging. Onterecht bestelde open tickets worden binnen een redelijke termijn terugbetaald. Tickets via derden/shops worden niet terugbetaald.
4.3 The Fun Group is niet aansprakelijk voor beschadiging, misbruik of verlies van tickets.
4.4 The Fun Group is niet aansprakelijk voor vertraging, niet-levering of onjuiste levering van tickets via e-mail.
4.5 Het niet gebruiken van gekochte tickets is voor eigen rekening en risico.
4.6 Open tickets zijn 1 jaar (12 maanden) geldig vanaf aankoopdatum.
4.7 Bij het omboeken van een excursie/rondvaart/museum wordt een vergoeding in rekening gebracht.
4.8 Specifiek voor workshops: Restitutie voor workshopboekingen is mogelijk wanneer annulering minimaal 24 uur voor de starttijd wordt aangevraagd. Verzoeken tot omboeken buiten dit venster worden per geval beoordeeld door ons kantoor.

5. Betalingen

The Fun Group accepteert verschillende betaalmethodes. Betalingen in euro's moeten worden betaald voor of op een specifieke datum.

6. Bezorging

6.1 Tickets worden bezorgd op het desbetreffende adres, afhankelijk van de verzendmethode.
6.2 Verzendtijden zijn alleen indicatief.

7. Eigendomsvoorbehoud

7.1 Het eigendom van kaarten wordt alleen overgedragen nadat alle verplichtingen zijn voldaan.

8. Klachten en Aansprakelijkheid

8.1 Controleer bij aflevering of tickets overeenkomen met de overeenkomst.
8.2 Bij niet-overeenkomst kan The Fun Group kiezen: nieuwe tickets leveren of geld terugbetalen.
8.3 Onopgeloste klachten over digitale aankopen via weareamsterdam.com, funamsterdam.com, starboardboats.nl, redlightworkshop.com en delfttilepaintingworkshop.com kunnen in overleg worden opgelost.

9. Elektronische Communicatie en Bewijs

9.1 The Fun Group is niet verantwoordelijk voor misverstanden of vertragingen bij elektronische communicatie.
9.2 De gegevens van The Fun Group dienen als bewijs van bestaan, inhoud en uitvoering van de overeenkomst.

10. Overmacht

10.1 Bij overmacht worden verplichtingen opgeschort.
10.2 Overmacht = elke tekortkoming die niet aan The Fun Group kan worden toegerekend.

11. Bijzondere Bepalingen, Aansprakelijkheid

11.1 De koper moet zich gedragen als een goed ordentelijk bezoeker.
11.2 The Fun Group is niet aansprakelijk voor weigering door de organisator.
11.3 De koper woont het evenement op eigen risico bij.
11.4 De koper moet zich informeren over de inhoud en aard van het evenement.
11.5 The Fun Group is niet aansprakelijk voor activiteiten niet uitgevoerd door of namens haar.
11.6 Indien The Fun Group wel aansprakelijk is, is de schade beperkt tot het bedrag dat de verzekeraar uitkeert.

12. Andere Bepalingen

12.1 Indien een bepaling nietig of vernietigbaar is, blijven overige bepalingen van kracht.
12.2 De Nederlandse wet is van toepassing op alle overeenkomsten met The Fun Group.

13. Contact
